My name is Lyndsey Campbell-Williams and I am the Chief Officer here at Medrwn Môn. I began working for the Organisation in April 2013 as a project Manager for the Community Voices Programme, and then became Project Lead for the Môn Community Link, Tech in Care and Place Shaping Programmes until October 2024.
My role as Chief Officer includes working to fostering collaborative partnerships with partners in the Public and Third sectors, representing the Medrwn Môn at a local and regional level as well as contributing to national initiatives. I am also the new Third Sector Representative on the Regional Partnership Board, bringing the collective voice of the sector across North Wales.
My day-to-day work includes working with our Board of Trustees and staff to make sure that Medrwn Môn runs effectively and is working towards our 4 Key Pillars.
I am also working within Medrwn Môn on staff wellbeing and creating a programme of activities for staff to enjoy time together away from their desks.
We have a great team within Medrwn, all the staff are supportive of each other and there’s always a great atmosphere! Every day is different and there’s no time to sit still!
