Hi! I'm Bethan and I've been with Medrwn Môn since 2006 - That's 19 years of doing a job I love in a community I care deeply about. I'm currently the Local Asset Coordinator for the Bodowyr Ward, which means I get to support individuals and families of all ages to find local activities, groups and resources that help improve their wellbeing and bring a bit more joy to their lives.
I'm a friendly down to earth person with a lot of local knowledge (some might say too much!). I'm approachable who loves a good chat and a panad and cake '
and I really enjoy being part of a team that helps make a positive difference. My job is all about listening, finding out what matters to people, and working with them to find the right support and opportunities that suit their goals - whether big or small.
I'm from Sir Fôn and know the Island like the back of my hand. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with a wide range of people, from young people and families to local organisations, always starting from the ground up.
The best part of my job is seeing the people I support grow in confidence. It's incredibly rewarding and fulfilling to be part of the journey.
