Community groups on Anglesey can currently apply to the Cynnal Endowment Fund – Groups, delivered by Community Foundation Wales. The fund offers up to £2,000 per year for up to three years to support educational, youth, early years, vocational training and healthy living projects across Ynys Môn and Gwynedd. Eligible applicants include charities, not-for-profit organisations and schools delivering additional community-based activities. The current deadline is 15 June at 12pm.

As part of Global Intergenerational Week, it’s a chance to recognise the value of intergenerational work, bringing people of different ages together to share experiences, learn from one another and build stronger, more connected communities. These kinds of opportunities can help reduce isolation, break down age-related barriers and create a greater sense of belonging for everyone involved.
