Community Link

Môn Community Link runs a Social Prescribing service for people over the age of 18 and families living on Anglesey

Car Linc

Car Linc Môn is a voluntary social community transport scheme on Anglesey. The service is available to people who have no other means of making essential journeys.

Place Shaping

Place Shaping looks at how we can make our communities stronger and more resilient in the future through understanding what those communities have in terms of assets - buildings, green spaces, skills & knowledge, community groups, and public services.

Good Turn Scheme

A Good Turn Scheme is a service run by volunteers who provide support for those who are vulnerable in our communities. To find out more about the Good turn schemes on Anglesey select the photo opposite.

My Health Online

My Health Online is a service which enables you  to make GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and update your own personal details online.  Currently, not every GP surgery uses this system therefore you would need to check if your own GP surgery is linked to My Health Online first.

Cymuned

Virtual Village Halls exist to make local communities more accessible for all who want to be involved. Residents can still attend events or meet ups in person, but now have the option of attending virtually. This lowers barriers into the local community for those who may not be able to attend physical events, such as some elderly and disabled people,
