Hello, I’m Rhian, and I’m the Local Asset Co-ordinator for the Talybolion, Twrcelyn, and Cefni areas here at Medrwn Môn. My role is all about connecting people to the right support within their community. I work with referrals through Community Linc and the Elemental Portal, helping individuals who may be facing illness, mental health challenges, anxiety, or loneliness.

Whether it’s organising community-led activities, creating opportunities for people to come together, or encouraging new friendships, I’m passionate about helping people feel less isolated and more connected.

What I love most about working at Medrwn Môn is the sense of community that runs through everything we do. The local knowledge, care, and commitment here are truly inspiring. Having volunteered with different projects over the years, I really understand and appreciate the dedication it takes to make a difference — and I’m proud to play my part in that.
